As part of the Federal Government’s education revolution ‘BER’ KTA provided masterplanning and full architectural services for two catholic schools – St Joachim’s in Carrum Downs and Our Lady of Fatima in Rosebud.

Within an extremely limited time frame we undertook a review of the existing facilities and grounds as well as site analysis. On the basis of this we prepared masterplans to establish the most productive location for new facilities and, in the case of Fatima, for integration of additions with an existing hall.

They achieve design innovation and durability using conventional construction and procurement methods within stringent budgets. They also exploit this building initiative to consolidate school communities through enhanced campus facilities.
