Parlour and KTA to kick-start the year with an invigorating conversation between three gold medallists in the KTA laneway!
We are delighted to welcome Carol Ross Barney on her brief (and first) visit to Australia. Hailing from Chicago, Carol is the recipient of the 2023 American Institute of Architects Gold Medal. She is recognised for her bold body of work, her dedication to the design of public spaces that improve everyday lives and her determined advocacy – “excellent design is a right, not a privilege”.
Maggie Edmond is the recipient of the 2003 Australian Institute of Architects Gold Medal, awarded retrospectively in 2023, and Kerstin Thompson is the 2023 Australian Institute of Architects Gold Medallist.
